Team-ROC Raleigh will be hosting the 3rd Team-ROC in-house Kids tournament. Rules meeting is at 930 and matches will start at 10. We will have Gi and No-Gi matches. This tournament is for ages 16 and under. Contact your coach for more information

Congrats to Team-ROC. We took the smallest contingent ever to NAGA NC and still took 1st No-Gi, 1st Kids, and 2nd Gi. Southern Pines ROC carried a lot of the weight. great job guys
